Useful University Research

There is so much activity going on at the universities these days that it is impossible to track it all, but some great research is taking place at one of my alma maters. The University of Washington College of Engineering has a list of fascinating projects in the area of Technical Communication. Many of these are quite relevant to what we are trying to accomplish in the field of e-government. And here is some additional usability research.
