Localizing Green IT

I'm taking some time to review where we are at with green IT initiatives. Governor Huntsman has declared clean energy as a top priority in Utah to improve efficiency and enhance environment. He issued an executive order in May 2006 to increase statewide energy efficiency 20% by 2015 and called for state government to lead by example. There are many things that we can do and have been doing that support this initiative. For now, I'll refer to several other references:
