Puget Sound Information Challenge

I met Bill Ruckelshaus, former EPA administrator, when I was a grad student at Univ. of Washington. Glad to see that he is still active. He was involved with EPA recently in using the Puget Sound Information Challenge wiki to actively solicit citizen feedback on ideas and tools to protect the Puget Sound. Seems like a great way to quickly engage a lot of people. Mollie O'Niell, CIO of the EPA, reports on how it went on the EPA's Flow of the River blog.
