New Online Service

Utah is continually putting new services online. I now have over 600 services in my database which we are putting together to drive the AJAX search on and make it easier for citizens to find the services they are looking for. Educator licenses for level 2 and level 3 can now be renewed online.

The Utah Arts Council put up a new look on their site. Check it out.

The initial site for the Utah Science Technology and Research economic development initiative (USTAR) is now live.

Steve Urquhart's Politicopia is promoting more citizen involvement in state government political activity. Interesting site.

I am posting links to Utah public calendars here, as we prepare an initiative to post all public meetings throughout the state to a common calendar site.

I will be doing a similar thing for Utah multimedia as we prepare to develop a multimedia portal for, something similar to the excellent portal that Seattle has developed.

If you're looking for something to do, be sure to visit Utah's OlyParks while it's still winter.
